By registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the WNHQ Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the WNHQ Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the WNHQ Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. WNHQ reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. WNHQ will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify WNHQ immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.
WNHQ is required to verify the identity of all Players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, including a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license) and proof of address. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
All deposits on the WNHQ Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). WNHQ accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at WNHQ's discretion.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your Account settings at the time of deposit. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and your Account verification status.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your WNHQ Account instantly. Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking day to be reflected in your Account balance. WNHQ is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All transactions on the WNHQ Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). If you attempt to deposit funds in a foreign currency, your payment provider may apply a conversion rate and associated fees, for which WNHQ accepts no responsibility.
You must not deposit funds derived from illegal activities. WNHQ reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
WNHQ reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request. In cases where fraud or suspicious activity is suspected, WNHQ may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation, and may report the matter to PAGCOR or other relevant authorities.
WNHQ may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time, including through the WNHQ VIP Club program. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion's specific terms:
Players who have opted into WNHQ's responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits or self-exclusion, may not be eligible to receive certain promotional offers. This is in accordance with WNHQ's commitment to responsible gaming practices.
All games available on the WNHQ Platform — including Happy Fishing, Dino Hunter, Super Wheel, and Color Prediction — are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
WNHQ games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by previous outcomes, bet sizes, or any external factors.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, WNHQ reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. WNHQ's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.
If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must submit a dispute to WNHQ support within seven (7) days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. WNHQ's decision on all game disputes is final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the WNHQ Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

All content on the WNHQ Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of WNHQ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the WNHQ Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the WNHQ Platform without the prior written consent of WNHQ.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, WNHQ, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the WNHQ Platform, including but not limited to:
WNHQ's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your WNHQ Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude WNHQ's liability for death or personal injury caused by WNHQ's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
You may close your WNHQ Account at any time by contacting WNHQ customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Balance that has not met Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
WNHQ reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if WNHQ determines in its sole discretion that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or if WNHQ is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 9, 11, 12, and 15 — shall continue to apply.
WNHQ reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, WNHQ will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the WNHQ Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the changes take effect.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. WNHQ operates in compliance with the regulations and directives of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to WNHQ's internal dispute resolution process by contacting WNHQ customer support. WNHQ will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through WNHQ's internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent WNHQ from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
